Abstract

The polarization diversity dielectric resonant antenna solves the problems of the narrow bandwidth, the single polarization performance and the poor isolation performance between ports of the existing MIMO dielectric resonant antenna, simplifies the antenna structure and improves the antenna performance. The polarization diversity dielectric resonant antenna comprises a dielectric substrate and four unit antennas, the four unit antennas are arranged on a dielectric substrate, and the four unit antennas have overlapping regions shared by each other; and each of the unit antennas comprises a dielectric resonator, an excitation slit, a microstrip feeder and a port. The microstrip feeders are arranged at the side of the dielectric substrate, the adjacent microstrip feeders are perpendicular to each other and centrally, rotationally and symmetrically arranged, the ports are connected with the microstrip feeders, the excitation slits are arranged on the dielectric substrate, the positions of the excitation slits correspond and are vertically intersected with the positions of the microstrip feeders, and the dielectric resonators are connected with the excitation slits.
