The output terminal of the FPGA circuit is connected with the input terminal of the DAC digital-analog converting circuit; the output terminal of the DAC digital-analog converting circuit is connected with the input terminal of the filtering and adding circuit; the output terminal of the filtering and adding circuit is connected to the input terminal of the voltage-controlled oscillating circuit; the output terminal of the voltage-controlled oscillating circuit is connected with a first input terminal of the mixing circuit; and the input terminal of the frequency synthesizing circuit is connected with the output terminal of the FPGA circuit. The mixing circuit is used for mixing a local oscillator signal and an S-band swept-frequency signal to obtain an initial L-band ultra-wideband swept-frequency signal and outputting the initial L-band ultra-wideband swept-frequency signal.
