Abstract

The invention provides a method for jointly determining bed-building flow and flat beach water level of a tidal river reach. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, calculating hourly flow,tide level and sand content of a target section by using a one-dimensional non-constant water-sediment mathematical model; step 2, determining a sand content-flow lag response relationship and a sediment transport equivalent flow series of the target section; 3, carrying out sediment transport equivalent flow-tide level combined frequency statistics on the target section; and 4, calculating the bed building intensity of the target section, and solving the bed building flow and the flat beach water level of the target section by using a graphical method. According to the method, the characteristic of sand content lag under the tidal action is comprehensively considered, various combined frequencies of the flow and the tide level and the influence of the combined frequencies on the bed making action are considered, the bed making flow and the flat beach water level of the target section can be obtained at the same time, and the method is clear in physical meaning, objective and accuratein result, easy to operate and quite convenient to apply in practice.
