A filter membrane or filter element is selected and used to surround microorganisms in a culture medium space of the culture medium exchanger, and the other part of the culture medium does not contain the microorganisms, so that isolation culture is realized. A pressure difference of positive and negative periodic change is generated on two sides of the filter membrane or filter element by the hydraulicregulating pump, the culture medium is forced to flow through the filter membrane or filter element back and forth, and an exchange speed of nutrients and metabolites in the partitioned space is increased. The culture medium on the non-microorganism side is transported to a designated place by a culture medium transporting pump.
