The cDNA (complementary desoxyribonucleic acid) sequence of the gene segment of StCYP94B3-like is shown in SEQ ID NO.1 in the description. Afterthe RNAi (ribonucleic acid interfere) silent vector is constructed by using the StCYP94B3-like gene segment and transformation of the silent vector into potatoes, the content of jasmonic acid-isoleucine (JA-Ile) can be remarkably increased, the content of jasmonic acid (JA) is not largely affected, and furthermore, the yield of the potatoes can be increased.
