Abstract

According to the evaluation method, the evaluation indexes of the cigarette ash packing effect are divided into the evaluation indexes of ash holding capacity and the evaluation index of ash wrapping capacity. The evaluation indexes of the ash holding capacity include tightness, bending, outward turning, cracking andfalling; different weights are set for a static state and a dynamic state respectively under a static state condition and a dynamic state condition; different weights are set for the five evaluation indexes respectively; a target cigarette sample is evaluated by referring to contrast standards and ash holding capacity scoring standards, so that an ash holding value can be obtained. The evaluationindex of the ash coating capability includes a crack rate; the product of the ash holding value and an ash packing value is the comprehensive score of the cigarette ash packing effect, and the higherthe score is, the better the ash packing effect is, and the smaller the score is, the poorer the ash packing effect is. According to the method, the ash packing characteristics of cigarettes under static and dynamic conditions can be fully considered, the ash packing effect of cigarette burning and smoking is comprehensively evaluated by applying a qualitative and quantitative combined method, andtherefore, the ash packing effect of the cigarettes can be judged more objectively and effectively.
