Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: 1) collecting authoritative prescription information data, wherein the data comprises prescription efficacy major treatment information and traditional Chinese medicine composition information; 2) carrying out data cleaning and structuring to facilitate subsequent model training and information mining; and 3) establishing a data mining model, fitting samples, and learning parameters with high interpretability; and 4) obtaining interpretability parameters learned by the model, performing subsequent filtering processing, eliminating noise, reserving useful drug pair information, and mining the relationship between the drug pairs and the efficacy. A heuristic strategy is adopted for filtering, the association degree between the efficacy and the drug pairs is measured according to the efficacy prediction accuracy, and most of invalid relationships can be eliminated.
