Abstract

The invention provides application of TROAP as a breast cancer endocrinotherapy drug screening molecular marker. It is found that the TROAP gene is related to the occurrence and development of breastcancer, the expression of the TROAP gene in a hormone receptor positive expression breast cancer patient is up-regulated, and after the expression of TROAP is down-regulated, the proliferation abilityof breast cancer MCF-7 cells is weakened. Based on this, the prognosis condition of a breast cancer patient subjected to endocrinotherapy is judged by detecting the expression level of TROAP.
