The invention belongs to the field of biological
medicine, and relates to a marker FOXP4 for
liver cancer diagnosis,
typing and prognosis and application thereof, in particular to an FOXP4 inhibitor and application thereof. A public
database and animal experiments fully verify that the FOXP4 plays an important role in the
liver cancer occurrence process, and prove that the expression of the FOXP4 can be used as a biomarker for
liver cancer diagnosis. The liver cells are subjected to
gene editing by utilizing multiple recombinant plasmids, so that the proliferation and differentiation functions of the liver cells can be regulated and controlled in a knockout and refilling manner, and a new thought is provided for developing a novel
medicine for treating or relieving the liver
cancer.
