The invention provides a fundus camera optical system for detecting lesion of human eyes, and particularly provides a novel mydriasis-free portable fundus camera. The novel mydriasis-free portable fundus camera comprises a lighting system and an imaging system. The imaging system comprises an eye objective lens and an imaging objective lens, wherein the eye objective lens consists of first, second, third and fourth lenses from left to right, the imaging objective lens consists of fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth and ninth lenses, fundus is imaged on a CCD (Charge Coupled Device) by the imaging system and displayed in real time by an LCD (Liquid Crystal Display). The lighting system consists of an annular light source, a dodging lens and an eye objective lens, wherein the dodging lens consists of tenth, eleventh and twelfth lenses, and the eye objective lens and the imaging system are commonly used. PBS (Phosphate Buffer Solution) and a quarter wavelength plate are added in the system so as to eliminate the ghost image generated by the eye objective lens. According to the invention, the 2-megapixel CCD is adopted as the camera, the MTF (Mechanical Time Fuse) value is larger than 0.2 at a position of 120lp/mm, the full field angle is 60 degrees, the distortion value is smaller than 5%, and the fundus camera can be universally applicable to human eyes of minus 8D to positive 10D through adjusting the positions of the CCD.

The invention provides a mydriasis-free fundus camera used in conjunction with a smart phone. The camera comprises an optical path system, the smart phone, a control module and a mobile phone adapterenabling the optical path system to cooperate with the smart phone. The optical path system comprises lighting sources, a lighting objective lens group, an imaging objective lens group, a photoconverter and an ocular lens group. The lighting sources are characterized in that near infrared/ visible light LEDs symmetrically rotate around the center and are arrayed in an alternating manner. The smartphone is used for shooting images which are reflected by human eyes and pass through the lighting objective lens group, the imaging objective lens group, the photoconverter and ocular lenses. The control module is used for controlling near infrared LED lamps of the lighting sources to emit light when the imaging objective lens group is adjusted to focus the fundus camera and for controlling visible light LED lamps of the lighting sources to emit light when human eyes are shot. During focusing, the near infrared LED lamps are adopted to illuminate so as not to simulate human eyes. Therefore, pupils of human eyes do not contract. During shooting, the visible light LED lamps are adopted and the photoconverter is utilized for enhancement. Therefore, human eye fundus images can be shot by thesmart phone in a mydriasis-free manner.

Large-view-field mydriasis-free wide-refraction-compensation fundus imaging optical system

The invention relates to a large-view-field mydriasis-free wide-refraction-compensation fundus imaging optical system. The large-view-field mydriasis-free wide-refraction-compensation fundus imaging optical system comprises an omentum objective lens group, a focusing lens group and an imaging lens group which are sequentially and coaxially arranged from left to right, and primary imaging is performed between the omentum objective lens group and the focusing lens group; the omentum objective lens group is formed by combining two balsaming lenses and a positive lens; the focusing lens group is composed of two meniscus lenses, and the focusing lens group adopts a stepping motor to drive an optical lens to perform accurate focusing according to a polynomial fitting curve; and the imaging lens group comprises two balsaming lenses in a quasi-symmetric form and a positive lens, and emergent light of the positive lens is vertically incident to an imaging focal plane. A secondary imaging system design is adopted, fundus large-view-field mydriasis-free imaging is achieved, and meanwhile stray light and ghost images can be eliminated; the minimum shooting pupil diameter is 2 mm, the imaging view field reaches up to 60 degrees, and diagnosis of eye diseases is facilitated; and the optical system is simple in structure, the installation and adjustment steps are simplified, each lens adopts a standard surface shape, and the processing is simple.

Optometry suitable for myopia of children and teenagers

The invention discloses an optometry method suitable for myopia of children and teenagers. The method is to solve the problem that the existing optometry cannot achieve sufficient myopia degree, foot correction and clear retina imaging, and also cannot enable the glasses of children to be worn accurately and comfortably. The method comprises: 1, carrying out inquiry; 2, carrying out computer optometry, comprehensive optometry, trial optometry, adjustment training, computer optometry and trial optometry; 3, carrying out distant vision optometry and trial lens by using a comprehensive optometry unit after mydriasis; and 4, preparing a prescription: preparing glasses, and using the compound topicamide eye drops for patients with eye regulation tension in mydriasis. Adjustment training is added in the invention, so that sufficient myopia degree, foot correction and clear retina imaging are really realized, meanwhile, the glasses of children can be accurately and comfortably worn, the problem of dizziness and inadaptability is avoided, and obstacles are cleared for foot correction glasses matching; and, in addition, the problem of valuing before and after mydriasis is changed, and the diopter before mydriasis is adopted, so that foot correction optometry is really realized. The method is suitable for myopia optometry of children and teenagers.
