The preparation method comprises the specific steps of: (1) flushing the surface of an intraocular lens material with sterile double-distilled water, and blow-drying the surface of the intraocular lens material with nitrogen flow; (2) carrying out modification on the surface of the intraocular lens material by utilizing a plasma beam, and filling in O2 to form an oxygen ion beam to impact the surface of the intraocular lens to generate free radicals, so that a certain convex micro-nano structure is formed on the surface of the intraocular lens; (3) grafting the surface of the intraocular lens material, which is subjectedto plasma beam processing, with a PDMS (Polydimethylsiloxane) molecular chain by utilizing a chemical vapor deposition method; and (4) carrying out ethylene oxide sterilization packaging on the grafted self-cleaning intraocular lens. The invention relates to an operation intelligent decision-making system suitable for high myopia cataract and an establishment method thereof. The establishment method comprises the following steps:constructing a deep learning model being composed of an evaluation network and a decision network, configuring evaluation network to comprise a LOCSIII grading deep learning model, an Elasticity kernel hardness grading deep learning model and a fundus judgment model, and configuring the decision network to combine the cataract degree and fundus grading with patient basic information, eyesight, intraocular pressure, an A-ultrasonic/IOLmaster report, corneal endothelium counting, corneal astigmatism, a B-ultrasonic report and other information, map the information to a high-dimensional space through a kernel function, and then establish a linear regression model; constructing a training set; and carrying out training learning and parameter adjustment on the model by using a training set. The method can quickly and accurately identify the cataract degree and fundus conditions of a high myopia cataract patient, provide comprehensive operation decisions for doctors, and improve the prevention and treatment homogeneity.

The invention discloses an ultrasonic capsulorhexis needle for cataract suction, which comprises a metal connector and a needle body. The metal connector and the needle body are of a split structure; the needle body is connected to the rear of the metal connector; the metal connector is fixedly connected to the far end of an ultrasonic emulsification handle; and the furthest end of the needle body is the tip end. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a clear eye fundus image of a normal person and a real noise eye fundus image of the cataract patient; adding noise to the clear fundus image to obtain a simulated noise fundus image; constructing a generator and denoising the simulated noise eye fundus image by using the generator to obtain a simulated denoised image; constructing a first discriminator, respectively inputting the combination of the simulated noise fundus image, the clear fundus image and the simulated de-noised image to obtain the loss of the first discriminator, and optimizing the generator according to the loss; denoising the real noise eye fundus image by using the optimized generator to obtain a real denoised image; constructing a second discriminator, inputting the real denoised image and the simulated denoised image to obtain the loss of the second discriminator, and optimizing the generator according to the loss; and denoising the real noise eye fundus image according to the re-optimized generator to obtain a final denoising result. Effective denoising of the eye fundus image of the cataract patient is realized.
