Abstract

The invention provides a device capable of shortening wavelength of incident noise of a silencer, which has a simple structure and can increase the noise-reducing quantity of the silencer by reducingthe gas flow temperature. A cooling device capable of reducing the temperature of the incident gas flow and shortening the wavelength of the incident noise is arranged at a gas flow inlet end of the silencer, and the incident gas flow passes through the cooling device and enters the silencer. The acoustic wavelength of the incident noise propagated into the silencer along with the incident gas flow is shortened with the decrease of the temperature of the incident gas flow, and the penetrability of the incident noise is greatly reduced, thereby effectively preventing the incident noise from passing through the shell wall of a shell of the silencer to be propagated into the environment and cause sound pollution again. Since the wavelength of the incident noise is shortened, the incident noise can be absorbed well by a sound absorbing material in the silencer, and the noise-reducing quantity of the silencer is increased.
