Abstract

The modulation circuit comprises a PWM rectifier, an inverterand an output circuit breaker which are sequentially connected in series, and a direct-current capacitor is connected between the output end of the PWM rectifier and the input end of the inverter; themodulation device further comprises a central control unit connected with the PWM rectifier and the inverter.
