Various control modes of the IPFC are considered, and power system power flow calculation including a main control mode and an auxiliary control mode is performed by utilizing the power flow calculation iteration format under each control mode of the IPFC; a multi-objective optimization function integrating practicability and safety is constructed, and operation constraints of the power system and the IPFC are provided; and prevention and control power flow optimization of the power system is realized based on a particle swarm optimization algorithm. According to the invention, the static control potential of the IPFC can be fully mined, the optimization of power flow distribution during steady-state operation of the system is realized, and the practicability and the static safety level of the system are significantly improved.
