From three aspects, garbage classification troubles are solved; the residents can deliver garbage by swiping cards and scanning codes; a community property delivery process is convenient to manage; a clearing and transporting unit masters categories and clearing and transporting amounts of generated garbage through data, so that a clearing and transporting route can be reasonably planned conveniently, clearing and transporting efficiency is improved; a government managerial unit intelligently records and analyzes data of the residents, community point locations and clearing and transporting vehicles in real time; and software platform intercommunicates information of all parties and feeds back the information to the managerial unit.
