The method comprises the following steps that the communication equipment performs frequency point measurement on a shared measurement interval through network equipment according to the maximum number of frequency point groups supported by the communication equipment as an identifier ofthe frequency point group to which each to-be-measured target frequency point belongs configured by the communication equipment, and at least one measurement interval proportion corresponding to eachfrequency point group. Visibly, in the method disclosed in the embodiment of the invention, the network equipment can flexibly configure the measurement opportunities of different target frequency points on the shared measurement interval for the communication equipment according to the maximum number of the frequency point groups supported by the communication equipment, and therefore the targetfrequency points with different purposes have different measurement performances.
