The locus of the molecular marker is selected from at least one of the following loci: (1) locus mutation from C to T of a 160773885th basic group (rs335628164) of a No.1 chromosome of a 11.1 version of a pig reference genome, and (2) locus mutation from A to T of the 160773971st basic group (rs81221063) of the No.1 chromosome of the 11.1 version of the pig reference genome, wherein the two loci are completely interlocked. The correlation analysis determines that the two molecular markers are significantly related to the production traits of the Sujiang pigs, and can be used for molecular marker-assisted selective breeding of the Sujiang pigs.
