Abstract

The invention discloses a bank queuing number replacement method and device, a storage medium and equipment, and aims at enabling users to autonomously select queuing number which is replaced backwards, so that the user experience is greatly improved. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, receiving first queuing number replacement request information which is input by a first user andcomprises a queuing number of the first user and a queuing number of a second user; then, according to the first queuing number replacement request information, sending second queuing number replacement request information to the second user, and then when response information which is sent by the second user and used for indicating replacement agreement is received, exchanging the queuing numberof the first user and the queuing number of the second user; and when response information which is sent by the second user and used for indicating replacement disagreement is received, sending thirdqueuing number replacement request information to a subsequent third user to request queue number replacement, and so on, until replacement succeeds or a preset replacement stop condition is satisfied, and ending replacement operation.
