The main control device of the system takes STM32 as a controller, an optimization management method is embedded in the STM32 controller, and the method comprises the following steps: firstly, concluding the operation working rule of the water supply system, analyzing the load flexibility and the energy storage characteristic of the water supply system, and evaluating the energy storage potential of the water supply system; secondly, regarding the water supply system as a virtual energy storage system, and forming a multi-source energy storage system together with a storage battery energy storage system; establishing a digital twin model for photovoltaic power generation power prediction and kitchen load prediction, so that the prediction precision is improved through virtual-real interaction; and finally, on the premise of considering source load storage scene classification, carrying out optimization operation on the system model by utilizing a non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm, and establishing an all-electric kitchen energy management model by taking charging / discharging of the multi-source energy storage system as a scheduling means by taking improvement of economy and stability of all-electric kitchen operation as a target. An optimal scheduling scheme issolved by using an intelligent search algorithm, so that a function of merging into a local power grid when the electric energy yield is excessive is achieved. Economic and stable operation of the all-electric kitchen is ensured while virtual and real data intercommunication is realized.
