The method comprises the following steps: acquiring any two adjacent frames of images in a group of DSA image sequences; carrying out coronary artery structure enhancement, segmentation and refinement processing on the two frames of images, and respectively extracting coronary artery center lines;analyzing according to the local bifurcation structure characteristics and the curvature scale space image to obtain a corresponding relation of coronary arteries in the two frames of images; and onthe basis of the corresponding relationship, obtaining a coronary artery motion tracking result by utilizing Frescher distance-based consistency point matching. According to the method, the corresponding matched coronary artery is found in advance on the basis of the local features, the Frescher distance serves as the judgment basis of center line point matching, manual intervention is avoided, the topological consistency of the coronary artery structure in the registration process is guaranteed, and the method has low time complexity and high registration accuracy.
