Abstract

The invention discloses an image defogging and denoising method, device and equipment, and a computer readable storage medium. The method comprises the steps of constructing an H-TVBH model accordingto a dark channel prior principle, an atmospheric scattering model and a TVBH model; obtaining an original image, and calculating the initial transmissivity and the atmospheric light value of the original image; and inputting the original image, the initial transmissivity and the atmospheric light value into an H-TVBH model, and solving the H-TVBH model to obtain a defogged and denoised image. According to the technical scheme, defogging and denoising processing on the original image is realized through the constructed H-TVBH model, so that a relatively good image processing effect is achieved; and due to the fact that rule items in the TVBH model can keep image edge details, the H-TVBH model obtained by combining the TVBH model can reserve the edge features of the original image when defogging and denoising processing is carried out on the original image, so that the processing effect of image defogging and denoising is improved.
