Problems solved by technology

At present, there is no relevant research report on the loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) reaction method for the novel duck-dependent virus. The establishment of the present invention can fill in the gaps in related fields at home and abroad. It is of great significance to carry out the molecular epidemiology and scientific prevention and control of the new duck dependent genus virus

Abstract

The invention relates to a novel duck dependoparvovirus loop-mediated isothermal amplification detection primer group and a kit. The method comprises the following steps: according to the conserved sequence of a novel duck dependoparvovirus genome, designing a primer group, including outer primers (N-DAAV-F3 and N-DAAV-B3), inner primers (N-DAAV-FIP and N-DAAV-BIP) and loop primers (N-DAAV-LF andN-DAAV-LB) having specific sequences respectively as shown in SEQ ID NO.1-6; and establishing a novel duck dependoparvovirus loop-mediated isothermal amplification primer group and a kit according tothe designed primer group. The detection method of the kit does not perform a cross reaction with common infectious disease pathogens of ducks. The detection method has high specificity, good accuracyand high sensitivity, does not need expensive instrument or equipment, and is convenient for primary clinical field application along with convenience and quickness.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of animal virology detection, and in particular relates to a primer set and a kit for detection of a novel duck-dependent genus virus ring-mediated isothermal amplification detection. Background technique [0002] Adeno-associated virus (adeno-associated virus, AAV) belongs to Parvoviridae (Parvoviridae) Dependovirus genus (Dependoparvovirus), is a class of DNA-deficient viruses with simple structure found so far, and requires helper virus (usually adenovirus) to participate in replication . Adeno-associated virus is a non-enveloped, approximately 20-25 nm virus with a genome length of approximately 4.7 kb. There are inverted terminal repeats (ITR) at the end of the adeno-associated virus genome, and its genome encodes two large development reading frames: rep gene (involved in virus replication and integration) and cap gene (encodes viral capsid structural protein) . In 2020, our research team found duck-derived a...
