The device comprises a distribution box, a terminal accommodating box and a terminal driving mechanism, wherein a front side surface of the distribution box is provided with an opening and a baffle which is slidably connected with the distribution box; a fixing mechanism is arranged on the baffle plate, and a clamping mechanism matched with the fixing mechanism is arranged on the distribution box; the terminal containing box is arranged on the lower portion of the bottom face of the distribution box, a terminal connecting piece is arranged in an inner cavity of the terminal containing box, and an anti-theft plate is hinged to a panel of a front box body of the terminal containing box; a lower part of the bottom surface of the distribution box is also provided with a support which is provided with a sleeve; a connecting rod in sliding connection is inserted into the sleeve, penetrates into the terminal accommodating box and is fixedly connected with the terminal connecting piece; and the terminal driving mechanism is connected with the terminal connecting piece and the baffle plate. The device is advantaged in that the baffle slides along the front side face of the distribution box, the terminal driving mechanism drives the terminal connecting piece to enter and exit the terminal containing box through the anti-theft plate, a wiring end is prevented from being exposed, and electricity larceny prevention is achieved.
