Abstract

The invention discloses a Lingyun pekoe green tea identification method which mainly comprises the following steps: (1) collecting Lingyun pekoe green tea and other green tea samples, weighing a proper amount of tea samples, putting the tea samples into a headspace bottle, and then directly carrying out qualitative and quantitative determination on aroma components of the samples through a dynamic headspace-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (DHS-GC-MS) technology; and (2) based on the aroma component composition and the peak area of each tea sample, establishing different brand green tea discrimination models through partial least squares-discriminant analysis (PLS-DA) to obtain a score map of each tea sample, and performing Lingyun pekoe green tea identification by using the PLS-DA score map. According to the method, the dynamic headspace-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry technology is adopted for determining the aroma components of the Lingyun pekoe tea, a pretreatment process is not needed, operation is easy and convenient, cost is saved, the method is environmentally friendly, meanwhile, the Lingyun pekoe tea is recognized in combination with a partial least square method-discriminant analysis method, the result is objective and reliable, and the correct recognition rate of 90% or above is achieved.
