Embodiment Construction

[0030] In order to make the features of the method of the present invention clearer and easier to understand, the embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0031] Significant wave height is a term in the field of marine science. The sea surface wave is actually a single wave formed by the vibration of sea water, which is a complex formed by random combination. Since these single waves have different characteristics such as wave height, period, and direction of travel, it is neither realistic nor representative to study the parameters of one wave alone. Effective wave height means to arrange the wave heights in a given wave train in order from large to small, and select the largest first 1 / 3 part, also known as "1 / 3 large wave average wave height". In this way, the wave complex parameters after certain statistical processing can represent the visual average level of fluctuations, which are similar to...

Abstract

The invention provides a high-precision significant wave height data estimation method, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the significant wave height data and geographical and atmospheric parameter data of all near-shore land sites and ocean buoys in a target region, screening parameters with higher relevancy, dividing the sample data in different historical periods into training data and verification data, obtaining a multivariate regression relationship between significant wave height data and geographical and atmospheric parameter data based on a stepwise clustering method, and obtaining a cumulative probability distribution function and a transfer function between an analog value and an observed value of the significant wave height data by using a quantile mapping method based on verification data. Geographic and atmospheric parameter data in a future situation in a global climate model are used as input quantities of a multiple regression statistical relationship, future significant wave height data are predicted, and the future significant wave height data are corrected by using a transfer function. According to the method, the relationship between the significant wave height and the climatic factors is established, the ocean index influence analysis under the climatic change condition can be carried out, and the significant wave height data prediction precision is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of meteorological information, in particular to a high-precision effective wave height data estimation method. Background technique [0002] As one of the manifestations of ocean dynamics, waves undergo regular periodic undulating movements, which are related to climate elements such as sea breeze and air pressure changes. At the same time, the movement of waves directly affects the temporal and spatial evolution of regional and even global oceans. Studying the spatial and temporal distribution of waves and their future trends is an important part of studying the interaction mechanism between meteorology and the ocean. [0003] The essence of waves is an irregular combination of waves with different wave heights, periods, and peak values. As one of wave elements, wave height is an important aspect of analyzing wave properties and its influence. One of the main parameters in the study of waves is the signi...
