Abstract

The small-divergence-angle N-type common-cathode Micro LED device comprises a micro-optical system, an insulation isolation structure, an isolation structure, a pixel electrode, an N-type semiconductor, a quantum well layer and a P-type semiconductor. Due to LED light emitting principle factors, the light emitting divergence angle of a Micro LED device is too large, and light emitted by the Micro LED device and an array of the Micro LED device needs to have a small divergence angle due to the limitation of the numerical aperture of a projection lens in the industrial exposure field and the image projection field.
