Abstract

Each row of LED chips comprises a red light LED chip, a green light LED chip and a blue light LED chip; the light emitting color of any LED chip in the light mixing unit is different from the light emitting colors of all the adjacent LED chips; and the reflective retaining wall is arranged on the substrate, surrounds the light mixing unit and separates the three LED chips at one end of the light mixing unit from the three LED chips at the other end of the light mixing unit.
