Each of the one or more items can determine a location and the location can be communicated to the server over the network. Aspects of the present invention are directed to systems and methods for tracking items within a container. One or more embodiments of the invention describe a method that includes transmitting a request from a user device to a server for providing a location of an item. The method also describes the following steps; a location of the item is received from the server, and the location of the item is visualized in a virtual reality view to guide a user to track the item.
