Abstract

The invention provides a catalytic converter cover which consists of an upper cover and a lower cover which has a plurality of overlapping plates with different thicknesses. Thus, it can insulate and absorb the noise and the libration effectively projected by the catalytic converter to improve the NVH characteristic of the vehicle.
