Benefits of technology

[0006]It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a bristle-pad hairbrush, i.e. a hairbrush having a bristle-pad, that completely overcome the foregoing drawback of the prior arts, the inventor of the present invention based on years of experience in the related industry to conduct extensive researches and experiments, and finally developed a feasible bristle-pad hairbrush, particularly the bristle-pad hairbrush with the design concept of planting the bristles obliquely along the axial direction of the hairbrush handle onto the tuft flat-position area of the tuft portion to naturally form a bristle pad. With the unique and novel design of the bristle pad of the hairbrush, the hairbrush keeps a soft and smooth contact with the user's hair and prevents the brush from pulling or tearing the user's hair and reduce or prevent the user's fallen hair from remaining or accumulating in the tuft portion, so as to facilitate cleaning, and after the user's hairs are combed or brushed by the bristle-pad hairbrush, cuticles of the user's hair can be soothed effectively to give shiny and soft hairs.
[0007]A second object of the present invention is to provide a bristle-pad hairbrush further comprising a plurality of equidistant oblique tuft flat-position areas disposed on the tuft portion of the bristle-pad hairbrush for enhancing the fixture of the planted bristles as well as planting bristles by machines to manufacture the bristle-pad hairbrushes in mass production, while reducing the defective rate, cutting costs, and saving unnecessary wastes.
[0008]Another object of the present invention is to provide a bristle-pad hairbrush, wherein the tuft portion of the bristle-pad hairbrush includes a plurality of tuft flat-position areas with oblique planes provided for planting a plurality of bristles by machines or tools to naturally form a bristle pad on the tuft portion without requiring any manual bristle pressing treatment.
[0010]The bristle-pad hairbrush, i.e. a hairbrush having a bristle-pad, of the present invention comprises a tuft portion and a hand-held handle, wherein the tuft portion on the bristle-pad hairbrush of the present invention comprises a plurality of equidistant tuft flat-position areas with oblique planes, and a plurality of bristles planted onto each of the tuft flat-position areas. Since the tuft flat-position areas come with an oblique design, therefore after each of the bristles is planted, the bristles are obliquely covered onto the tuft portion to naturally form a bristle pad covered onto the tuft portion. While combing or brushing, the shock absorption of the bristle pad keeps a soft and smooth contact with a user's hair and scalp to prevent pulling or tearing the user's hair, while reducing and preventing the user's fallen hairs from remaining or accumulating in the tuft portion of the bristle-pad hairbrush. After the bristle planting operation by machines or tools as described above is completed, the brush pins can be planted to complete producing a bristle-pad hairbrush with bristles without requiring a manual bristle pressing treatment.
[0012]The density and thickness of the obliquely planted bristle pad of the present invention depend on the quantity of bristles, and thus the density of the bristle pad can be controlled appropriately by the quantity of bristles in order to produce a comfortable good bristle-pad hairbrush for brushing or combing hairs softly and smoothly.

Problems solved by technology

Therefore, after a user's hair is combed or brushed, the exposed wood, plastic or metal surface may pull or tear the user's hair easily, and fallen hairs may remain or accumulate in the tuft portion and makes the cleaning difficult.
Furthermore, when the conventional hairbrush is used for brushing bristles, the brush bristles or pins may pierce into the user's hair or scalp to produce uncomfortable hair pulling or tearing.
However, experimental results show that the manual bristle pressing treatment for producing the bristle pad is too troublesome, and results in a high defective rate and an unstable quality.

Embodiment Construction

[0020]The technical characteristics and effects of the present invention will become apparent with the detailed description of the preferred embodiment together with the illustration of related drawings as follows.

[0021]With reference to FIG. 4 for a bristle-pad hairbrush of the present invention, the bristle-pad hairbrush, i.e. a hairbrush having a bristle-pad, comprises a tuft portion 30 and a handle 31, wherein the handle 31 is a general handheld structure of a handle of the hairbrush, and thus will not be described in details here. The present invention is characterized in that the tuft portion 30 has a plurality of oblique equidistant tuft flat-position areas 32, and a plurality of bristles 33 planted on each of tuft flat-position areas 32. Since the tuft flat-position areas 32 adopt a design of oblique planes, therefore after the bristles 33 are planted, the bristles 33 are obliquely covered onto the tuft portion 30 to naturally form a bristle pad covered onto the tuft portion...

Abstract

The present invention relates to a bristle-pad hairbrush, comprising a tuft portion and a handle, wherein the handle is a general handle, and the invention is characterized in that the tuft portion includes a plurality of equidistant tuft flat-position areas with oblique planes. Since the tuft flat-position areas are designed with oblique planes, therefore after bristles are planted onto the tuft flat-position areas, the bristles are obliquely covered onto the tuft portion to naturally form a bristle pad disposed on the tuft portion. The shock absorption of the bristle pad keeps the bristle-pad hairbrush in a gentle and smooth contact with a user's hairs and prevents the bristle-pad hairbrush from pulling and tearing the user's hair, and prevents the user's fallen hairs from remaining or accumulating in the tuft portion.

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION[0001]1. Field of the Invention[0002]The present invention relates to a bristle-pad hairbrush, comprising a tuft portion and a handle, wherein the tuft portion includes a plurality of equidistant tuft flat-position areas with oblique planes and a plurality of bristles planted thereon, such that the bristles-covered structure is formed naturally like a pad after the bristles are planted onto the tuft flat-position areas, and the shock absorption of the bristle pad keeps the bristle-pad hairbrush in a gentle and smooth contact with a user's hairs, while the bristles are covered onto a surface at the bottom of the tuft portion to prevent the bristles from pulling or tearing the user's hair and to prevent the user's fallen hairs from remaining or accumulating in the tuft portion, so as to facilitate cleaning, after the user's hairs are combed or brushed by the bristle-pad hairbrush, moreover, cuticles of the user's hair can be soothed effectively to give shiny...
