Abstract

The invention consists of an under- or outer-garment taking the form of shorts or pants having a fold or flap which can be easily pulled open. By means of opening this flap, a woman's excretory apparatus may be revealed, allowing the woman to defecate, urinate, or both, without removing the garment.
