This application relates to an antibacterial
hydrocolloid dressing and its preparation method, belonging to the technical field of functional dressings. It comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60-65 parts
hot melt adhesive, 5-10 parts polyisobutylene, 25-30 parts CMC, 0.8-1.2 parts CCMC, and 5.5-9 parts antibacterial component. The antibacterial component includes component A and component B. Component A includes at least one of
sodium hydrogen phosphite,
potassium dihydrogen phosphite, and
sodium dihydrogen
phosphate; component B includes at least one of
zinc chloride and
zinc nitrate. This application utilizes the in-situ generation of
zinc-based
phosphate antibacterial microcrystals during the preparation process of components A and B. It exerts its
antibacterial effect through a multi-pathway
synergistic mechanism of iron
ion chelation to deprive nutrients and
zinc ion disruption of
cell membranes, effectively reducing the risk of bacterial resistance.
