The active component A is a slow-acting reagent, namely Bacillus thuringrensis israelesis Bti or pyriproxyfen; the active component B is selected from the group of fast-acting type neurotoxic reagents, namely fenthion, temephos, chlorpyrifos, pirimiphos-methyl, abamectin, ivermectin, and emamectin benzoate; the active component A is used for being adsorbed into the porous carrier which is wrapped with the active component B; the slow-release film forming agent is a hydrophobic high molecular polymer; the fast-release film forming agent is a water-soluble high-molecular polymer. The specific slow-release film forming agent and the fast-release film forming agent are selected, especially, the composite slow-release film forming agent, the composite fast-release film forming agent and corresponding insecticidal active components which are further compounded in a specific ratio are good in compatibility and have better fast-release and slow-release effects.

The invention provides a method for protecting and restoring germplasm of citrus-Hunglongbing-infected citrus according to a two-step method. The method comprises the steps of soaking seeds into alcohol with concentration of 70% for one minute, soaking the seeds into NaOH with concentration of 5% for eliminating pectin, then soaking the seeds into sodium hypochlorite solution with concentration of 3% for 20 minutes, cleaning with sterile water by 2-3 times, then immersing the seeds in normal-temperature water for 5-10 hours, then performing thermal treatment on the seeds by means of wet-and-hot air with temperature of 50-55 DEG C for 40-60 minutes, then removing seed shells, sowing the seeds into an MS medium in which enrofloxacin sodium and sulfadimethoxine sodium antibiotic are added, transplanting seedlings into disinfected nutrient soil after the seedlings are grown to a height of 5cm, and grafting the newly grown branch from a nursery stock as a scion on a stock seedling which is grown from a stock seedling which is processed in the same way. According to the method of the invention, the antibiotic composition which comprises the enrofloxacin sodium and the sulfadimethoxine sodium antibiotic is utilized for reasonable mixing; and a two-step method which comprises thermal treatment and adding the antibiotic is firstly utilized for performing sterilization on the citrus-Hunglongbing-infected citrus, thereby realizing higher sterilization effect.

The invention discloses an insecticidal composition containing effective insecticidal components such as HNPC-A8008 and dinotefuran and used for preventing and controlling lepidoptera pests and homoptera pests. The weight ratio of the HNPC-A8008 to the dinotefuran is (1 to 120)-(120 to 1); the total mass fraction percentage of the HNPC-A8008 and the dinotefuran in the composition is 10%-70%. The insecticidal composition comprises the following dose forms: a suspending agent or a water emulsion, a microemulsion, wettable powder and a water dispersible granule.
