The protection forest belt construction method has the advantages that the mikania micrantha H.B.K is prevented and controlled with an ecological means, the environment is not polluted, and the long-term effectiveness is achieved; the mikania micrantha can be prevented and treated, the vegetation coverage rate of an original area can be further improved, and the effect of ecologically reforming and recovering the risked environment is achieved; manpower supports and financial supports are needed to be invested only in the initial protection forest belt construction period, and investment is basically not needed after a protection forest is established.
