The invention discloses a preparation method of a conductive composite glass fiber yarn. The conductive composite glass fiber yarn is prepared by pyrophyllite, kaolin, quartz sand, mirabilite, borax,dolomite, graphite oxide, N,N-dimethylformamide, hydriodic acid, acetic acid, calcium hydroxide, ferrous sulfate, hydroxypropyl methyl celluloses and other raw materials. The preparation method disclosed by the invention has the benefits that the glass fiber yarn is prepared by melting and wire-drawing the pyrophyllite, the kaolin, the quartz sand and the other raw materials; the negatively-charged graphite oxide coats the glass fiber surface under the action of electrostatic adsorption; subsequently, the graphite oxide coating the glass fiber surface is reduced by adopting the hydroiodic acidto obtain a graphite-coated glass fiber composite conductive material; finally, the obtained glass fiber yarn has excellent compressive strength, flexural strength and ideal electrical conductivity and has a wide application prospect as a conductive fabric resistant to electromagnetic radiation; meanwhile, the preparation process is simple and easy to implement, the raw materials are cheap and easy to obtain, and the demands of people on the functionality of the glass fiber yarn are met.
