This invention provides a method for preparing shoe insoles using recycled thermoplastic elastomer materials, comprising the following steps: cryogenically pulverizing recycled thermoplastic elastomer foam to obtain a granular mixture, adding a polyurethane compatibilizer and mixing; heating and then transferring the mixture into a flatbed mold for pressing into a sheet; coating the surface of the sheet with a moisture-reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive, and then bonding a mesh fabric; and finally, after static curing, punching out the shoe insole. The shoe insole prepared by this method can provide good structural strength while retaining the appearance of the crushed particles.
