This invention provides a binuclear
iridium metal conjugate, nanoparticles, a preparation method, and its application in ultrasonic
thrombolysis, belonging to the field of sonodynamic therapeutic
drug technology. The

iridium metal conjugate. This invention also provides nanoparticles. The binuclear iridium metal conjugate prepared by this invention possesses chemiluminescent properties, enabling
chemiluminescence imaging-assisted
ultrasound-assisted
thrombolysis. The conjugate provided by this invention exhibits excellent sonodynamic effects, overcoming the poor sonodynamic performance required by existing sonosensitive agents. Experiments show that this material has excellent therapeutic effects in
thrombolysis.
