The binuclear iridium metal conjugate prepared by this invention possesses chemiluminescent properties, enabling chemiluminescence imaging-assisted ultrasound-assisted thrombolysis. The conjugate provided by this invention exhibits excellent sonodynamic effects, overcoming the poor sonodynamic performance required by existing sonosensitive agents. Experiments show that this material has excellent therapeutic effects in thrombolysis.
