Abstract

The invention relates to a system and method of hot water central heating engineering, based on the present hot water central heating engineering system, adding heat pump heating unit and heat pump primary heater unit, abstracting low temperature thermal energy from heating water and changing it into high grade thermal energy which can be reused by users. By using the intrinsic first level heating pipe net, the heat capacity can be increased a lot and the water temperature can be decreased. (the lowest temperature can be reached is 5 deg. C)so that the heat loss can also be decreased when delivered in water pipe net. Only heat pump heating unit and heat pump primary heater unit need to be added in the hot water central heating system which has been built, so the invention has the following advantages of saving cost, extending central heating radius decreasing amount of redundant heating boiler room, increasing heat energy utilization factor, and doing good for environment protection, saving energy, decreasing pollution.
