The operation section is installed in an area ranging from 115 cm to 150 cm in height from the lower end (3a) of the frame such that the user can perform pushing operation in at least one direction with the hand or arm. The transmission mechanism is installed so as to transmit to the locking means the pushing operation in the at least one direction at the operation section, the operation being transmitted as operation for switching from the state where opening and closing of the door are prevented to the state where the opening and closing are allowed.
