Problems solved by technology

[0007] However, since the crimping blade does not temporarily hold the covered wire, the covering layer will be peeled off by cutting into it, so there is a concern that the wire (core wire) will be damaged, and when this peeling is not performed reliably, there will be a gap provided at the base of the crimping blade. Defects in which soldering of contact protrusions and conductors becomes poor

Embodiment 1

[0054] Figure 1 shows a connector according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention. The connector main body 1 is formed of an insulating material such as resin, and the recess 2 of a long groove is formed on the front side thereof, and the opposite side of the recess 2 of the rear side 1a is formed. On the side, a plate-shaped tail block portion 3 is integrally protruded from the middle portion in the width direction, and a stepped portion 4 is formed by the back surface 1a of the connector body 1 and the upper surface 3a of the tail block portion 3 .

[0055] In the connector main body 1 , predetermined intervals are maintained in the longitudinal direction of the concave portion 2 , and only intermediate portions of the plurality of contacts 5 which are metal plate pieces are embedded. The front side portion 5a of the tail portion 5 of each contact is accommodated in the recess 2, and the tail portion 5b of each contact 5 protrudes (exposes) from the rear face 1a of the con...

Embodiment 2

[0063] As shown in Figure 4, embodiment 2 is different from embodiment 1 only in the U-shaped clamping part of the rear end of each contact, a U-shaped cutout 7 is formed at the top part of the tail part 5b of the contact 5, and this part is bent upward into an inverted V-shaped, forming a U-shaped clamping portion 8 . The U-shaped clamping portion 8 bent into an inverted V shape like this, since its half portion 8c extends obliquely upward from the horizontal tail portion 5b, and its other half portion 8d further obliquely extends downward, so as shown in FIG. 5 , the cable Temporary holding of the covered portion 10a of 10 becomes easy.

Embodiment 3

[0065] Embodiment 3 is also different from Embodiment 1 only in the U-shaped clamping portion at the rear end of each contact. That is, in Embodiment 1, the top end of the tail portion 5b with the U-shaped notch 7 is bent upward to approximately a right angle, and the U-shaped clamping portion 8 is erected at an approximately right angle at the rear end of the upper surface 3a of the tail platform portion 3, but In embodiment 3, as shown in Figure 6, since the top end of the tail portion 5b with the U-shaped notch 7 is not bent, it still extends from the rear end of the upper surface 3a of the tail platform portion 3 beyond the rear end of the upper surface 3a of the tail platform portion 3 The U-shaped clamping portion 8 extending all the way makes it easier to form the tail portion 5b of the contact 5 than in Embodiment 1 and Embodiment 2.

[0066] As shown in Figure 7, in order to connect the cables to the contacts 5 of the connector of Embodiment 3, the covering part 10a i...

Abstract

The invention provides a cable soldering type connector capable of easily tentatively holding a covering part of a cable as it is, of surely and evenly soldering a core wire to a tail part of a contact, and of preventing the contact point part of the contact from being contaminated by solder in the soldering. A tail base part 3 is projected from a rear surface of a connector body 1; a tail part 5b of each contact 5 is projected along the upper surface of the tail base part from the rear surface of the connector body and supported by it; a soldering hole 9 is formed in the tail part of each contact on the tail base part; and a U-shaped catching part 8 for catching the covering part of the cable is formed at the rear end of each tail part.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a cable soldering type connector (connector) that temporarily holds a sheathing portion of a cable and solders a core wire to a contact. Background technique [0002] Patent Document 1 (Kokai Publication No. Hei 5-6708) discloses that a U-contact portion and a punched portion for soldering are formed on a crimping terminal block embedded in a printed circuit board. In the normal use state where the terminal block is connected to the electrical component, the lead terminal of the electrical component is pressed into the U contact part, and when harsh conditions such as vibration and impact are applied, the lead terminal is inserted into the punching hole for soldering The part is a crimping terminal block for soldering. [0003] This is to use separately the U-contact portion of the terminal block for crimping and the punched portion for soldering according to the conditions, not to use both of them at the same time. ...
