Embodiment Construction

[0021] FIG. 1 shows a side view of a handheld power tool 10 according to the invention, which is designed as an eccentric grinding machine. This grinder has a cylindrical housing 12 whose handle 14 extends backwards and on the underside of which is provided a switch 16 which switches a switch 18 on or off by finger pressure of the operator. This controls the current circuit of the electric motor 20 located in the housing 12 . When the motor is started, the motor shaft 24 rotates together with the dust blower 26 , the eccentric 28 and the grinding disc 30 . The motor 20 can be connected via a cable 22 to a power source (not shown).

[0022] The rotating dust blower 26 in combination with other usual, not mentioned mechanisms, generates a negative pressure on the upper side 46 of the grinding disc 30 and thus produces a suction effect on the holes 32 , 33 of the grinding disc 30 . Grinding dust formed in this way on the underside 48 of the grinding disc 30 or below the grindi...

Abstract

A hand-held machine tool comprises a housing (12) and a grinding disk (30) disposed on the underside (13) thereof. Said grinding disk has an upper face (46) facing the housing (12) and a lower face (48) comprising a hook-and-loop fastener (50) for receiving a grinding strip (52), and a center opening (34) extending through the upper face and lower face (48, 46), especially for engagement of a fastening means (28) for coupling the disk to the hand-held machine tool. Wholes (32, 33) extend through the grinding disk (30) between its lower and upper face (46, 48) and communicate with an extraction channel (42), the center opening (34) extending axially through the grinding disk (30). In order to improve grinding dust extraction, the center opening (34) communicates with one of the wholes (32) via a connecting channel (58) that radially or transversely extends on the lower face (48), and is used as an extraction opening.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a hand-held power tool according to the preamble of claim 1 with a grinding disc having holes for dust suction. Background technique [0002] According to DE 1953 042 a hand-held power tool is known which has a grinding disc which has holes for suctioning dust. Grinding dust falling below the grinding disc or the grinding disc is sucked upwards and then radially outwards through bores arranged radially outside the center of the grinding disc and conveyed into a dust container. The grinding dust formed in the central region of the grinding disc in the form of a grinding dust mat is blown away here by means of an overpressure at the central bore and is sucked out through the radially outer bores because the grinding dust mat interferes Contact of the grinding disc with the workpiece to be ground and tends to melt due to heat and stick firmly to the grinding disc and prevent effective grinding. [0003] The design of the separat...
