[0025] Classified electrolytic recovery of metal-containing electronic waste

[0026] Metal parts containing Cu, Zn, Pb and Ag in waste electronic devices are firstly dissolved in a sulfuric acid pool, then dissolved in a nitric acid pool, and finally dissolved in aqua regia. The ratio of sulfuric acid to water is 1:2, the ratio of nitric acid to nitric acid is 1:3, and the ratio of solid to liquid is 1:2.

[0027] First, electrolyze the dissolution of sulfate, the first step is the electrode electromotive force of 1.52V, electrolysis for 60 minutes, to obtain Cu powder, the temperature of the electrolytic solution is 60 °C; the second step is to adjust the electrode electromotive force to 2.6V, electrolysis for 60 minutes, to obtain Zn powder, electrolysis The solution temperature was 60°C. The experimental results are shown in Table 1.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method of recovering metal from electronic waste through a stepped electrolyzation and belongs to the field of electronic waste recovery processing technology. Firstly, a sulphuric acid solution, a nitric acid solution and an aqua regia solution are adopted to dissolve the metallic elements in the electronic waste step by step; secondly, a sulfate solution, a nitrate solution and a precious metal saline solution are obtained after the solutions are filtered; and thirdly, the electromotive force of the electrodes is regulated according to the decomposition voltages of the metallic ions, for different metallic ions have different decomposition voltages. Single metallic substances of Cu, Zn, Pb and Ag, the Au precious metal alloy and the Pt precious metal alloy are extracted through a stepped (from low to high) electrolyzation. The current density is 200 to 1000 A/m<2>, the electrolytic temperature is 20 to 60 DEG C, carbon or Pt is adopted as the anode material, and stainless steel, carbon or Pt is adopted as the cathode material. The invention has the advantages that the investment is small, the technique is simple, the process flow is short, the pollution is light, the metal recovery rate is high and the recovery cost is low. The invention is fit for industrialisation series manufacturing.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of recycling and processing of electronic waste, and in particular provides a method for recovering metals by graded electrolysis of electronic waste. Background technique [0002] The production of electronic appliances was one of the fastest growing industries in the 20th century. As of 2005, the social ownership of TV sets in my country alone has reached 350 million sets, refrigerators and washing machines have reached 130 million and 170 million sets respectively. With the development of science and technology, the update speed of electronic products will be faster and faster, and the service life will be shortened, which will make the amount of electronic waste increase linearly. At present, electronic waste increases by 16% to 28% every year, three times faster than the growth rate of total waste, and electronic waste is becoming a new source of hazardous waste pollution. Electronic waste is rich in ...
