Abstract
The invention provides an application of a quinazoline imidazole compound with chemical name of 8-(3-ethoxypropyl)-7-isobutyl-N-(4-metoxybenzene)-8H-pyrrolo-[3,2-g]quinazoline-4-amine, which can induce in vitro differentiation of embryonic stem cells to myocardial cells and can be used for preparing cell differentiation promoters used in stem cell transplantation or regeneration or reconstructionof myocardial cells. The invention strictly demonstrates the drug effect of the compound at cellular level, and initiatively discusses the large amount of biological information involved in the compound. The invention also defines the pharmacological activity of the compound, which establishes material basis for further developing new uses of quinazoline imidazole compounds.
Description
technical field The invention belongs to the field of pharmacology and medicinal chemistry, and relates to the use of quinazoline derivatives, in particular to the use of quinazoline imidazole compounds in inducing embryonic stem cells to differentiate in vitro, which can be used for stem cell transplantation myocardial regeneration or myocardial cell reconstruction pro-cell differentiation agent. Background technique In recent years, quinazoline derivatives have attracted much attention because of their wide range of biological activities and variable structure types. Studies on new synthesis methods and biological activities of quinazoline derivatives have also been reported continuously, and have become a major issue in the chemical industry. It is one of the hotspots studied by scholars in the field of biology. Quinazoline derivatives have a wide range of biological activities: 1. Quinazoline derivatives have inhibitory effect on EGF receptor (EGFR) or EGF receptor ty...
