Abstract

The invention provides a measuring method of transfer behavior index of aldehydes and ketones perfume monomer in cigarette. The distribution of the aldehydes and ketones perfume monomer added into the cigarette and transfer behavior to the main stream smoke particle and filter plug after sucking the cigarette are subjected to gas chromatograohic analysis using distillation extraction device and gas chromatography, namely the aldehydes and ketones amount in the tobacco before sucking, filter plug and cigarette paper of the flavored cigarette and blank cigarette is subjected to analytic determination using analytic method, to obtain the detection value and calculated using the calculation formula for researching the index, furthermore the transfer behavior index of the aldehydes and ketones perfume monomer with above six carbon atoms in cigarette is measured. The method has features: briefness, convenience, high repeatability and high analytic determination sensitivity and can measure the aldehydes and ketones with above six carbon atoms and provides a new analytical studying means for quantizing the flavor of the cigarette.
