AI Technical Summary

Benefits of technology

This technology helps gather operational data more accurately by collecting them nearer or closer to where they were captured compared to previous times. By comparing this data against previously recorded values for better understanding how well their performance was during operation, researchers may identify any issues that could affect passenger experience while riding along an airport gate.

Problems solved by technology

This patented technical solution involves measuring the acceleration on an elevators' cage while it moves upwardly and downwards towards its destination floor. By analyzing this movement pattern, one can determine whether the passengers are comfortable because they have different levels of effort needed throughout their journey through the hoistway compared against previous designs based only upon average speeds. Additionally, these solutions involve storing certain variables such as acceleration measurements along with changes made over time into memory units, which makes them difficult to use outside experts due to lacked expertise.

no. 1 Embodiment approach

[0019] Fig. 1 is a diagram showing a state in which an operation data collection device according to a first embodiment of the present invention is arranged on an elevator car when collecting. FIG. 2 is a configuration diagram showing the main configuration of the operation data collection device in the first embodiment of the present invention. image 3 It is a front view of the main body of the operation data collection device in the first embodiment of the present invention. Figure 4 It is a side view of the main body of the operation data collection device in the first embodiment of the present invention.

[0020] In order to maintain the ride comfort of the elevator well, the operation data collection device 1 in the first embodiment of the present invention is used to collect data related to the operation of the car 2 (hereinafter referred to as "operation data"), wherein the operation data Including the acceleration and noise of the elevator when the car 2 is moving. ...

no. 2 Embodiment approach

[0059] Figure 7 It is a figure which shows the numeric keypad in 2nd Embodiment of this invention. Figure 8 It is a functional block diagram of the processing device in the second embodiment of the present invention.

[0060] Compared with the operation data collection device 1 in the first embodiment of the present invention, the operation data collection device in the second embodiment of the present invention is the same except that the processing device 10B and the numeric keypad 16B in the main body 4 are different, Therefore, the same reference numerals are assigned to the same parts and their descriptions are omitted.

[0061] Such as Figure 7 As shown, the numeric keypad 16B in the second embodiment of the present invention includes a button (hereinafter referred to as a "left button") 41a on which a symbol to move to the left is drawn and a button (to which a symbol to move to the right) is drawn ( Hereinafter referred to as "right shift button") 41b.

Abstract

The invention provides a running data collecting device which collects, processes and displays vibration data of lift-cabins to make any body capable of confirming a lift running state. As solving means, the running data collecting device is allocated in a lift-cabin to collect running data related to comfort levels of riding the lift. The running data collecting device comprises a non-contacting sensor of the lift-cabin for detecting positions from full-opening to starting closing, a main body which confirms the time consistency of starting collecting according to signals from the non-contacting sensor to calculate the difference between the collected running data when the lift is adjusted at a well comfort level of riding the lift and the running data which is collected for judging the necessity of adjusting the comfort level, and display the difference.
