The outdoor heat exchanger of the invention adopts a water-cooled heat exchanger, which significantly increases the energy efficiency ratio of the pump unit, reduces the external dimension of the pump unit. The oil-return device in the outdoor heat exchanger ensures the pump unit to have good oil-return characteristics in thermo-producing conditions, thus realizing the safe and reliable running of the pump unit.
