Abstract

The invention discloses a movable terminal and a method which is used for recording mobile phone television programs in a timing way, comprising that the movable terminal generates one or a plurality of recording program request information according to user preferences and memorizes the information; wherein, the recording program request information comprises mobile phone television program information required to be recorded, the information of recording starting time and recording ending time; when the recording starting time comes, the movable terminal automatically starts the client of the mobile phone television so as to receive the data of the mobile phone television program to be recorded, and writes the data into a local file system of the movable terminal; when the recording ending time comes, the client of the mobile phone television stops receiving the data and completes the recording operation. The movable terminal and the method of the invention solve the problem that the subscriber expects to record the television program in a certain interval to the movable terminal; therefore, the subscriber can watch the program in local terminal and requires no online watching for each time in a real-time manner; the expense of the subscriber is reduced and the method is convenient for the usage and feeling of the subscriber.
