Embodiment Construction

[0030] figure 1 It is a perspective view of a mobile phone 1001 which is an electronic device according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention. The mobile phone 1001 includes: a main body 1 ; a cover 2 openably and closably combined with the main body 1 ; operation buttons set on the surface 1A of the main body 1 ; and a liquid crystal display set on the surface 2A of the cover 2 . The main body 1 has a built-in speaker 33 , and the speaker 33 has sound emitting holes 7 respectively communicating with the sound emitting holes 44 provided on the outer surface 1B of the main body 1 .

[0031] figure 2 is a perspective view of the speaker 33 . The loudspeaker 33 has a housing 34 made of a non-magnetic body, and the housing 34 is made up of a lower case 5 and an upper case 6 which are separate parts. The frame body 34 has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape and has an upper surface 34A, a lower surface 34D opposite to the upper surface 34A, a side surface 34B, a...

Abstract

A speaker comprising a first rod magnet having a longitudinal direction, a second rod magnet having a longitudinal direction parallel with the longitudinal direction of the first rod magnet, a third rod magnet forming a second magnetic gap between it and the first rod magnet, a diaphragm vibrating in the vibrating direction, a housing for storing the first rod magnet, the second rod magnet, the third rod magnet and the diaphragm, and voice coils bonded to the diaphragm and arranged in first and second magnetic gaps. The second rod magnet has a longitudinal direction parallel with the longitudinal direction of the first rod magnet, and has the opposite end faces in the longitudinal direction. The third rod magnet has a longitudinal direction parallel with the longitudinal direction of the first rod magnet, and has the opposite end faces in the longitudinal direction. The diaphragm is located between the first and second rod magnets and between the first and third rod magnets. The housing forms a first space surrounded by one of the opposite end faces of the second rod magnet and one of the opposite end faces of the third rod magnet, and forms a second space surrounded by the other of the opposite end faces of the second rod magnet and the other of the opposite end faces of the third rod magnet. The housing is composed of a nonmagnetic body and supports the outer circumference of the diaphragm. First and second sound radiating holes respectively facing the first and second spaces are formed in the housing. This speaker is thin and can deliver big sound.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to thin loudspeakers. Background technique [0002] Thinness is required for electronic devices such as portable devices, and thinness is also required for speakers built in the housings. [0003] As described in Patent Document 1, in order to reduce the thickness of conventional loudspeakers, the magnets forming the magnetic circuit are usually reduced in size. If the magnet is reduced, the magnetic force will be reduced, resulting in a reduced sound output. Therefore, the magnet cannot be too small, so that the existing speaker cannot be made very thin. [0004] Patent Document 1: Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2005-51283 Contents of the invention [0005] The loudspeaker includes: a first bar magnet with a length direction; a second bar magnet forming a first magnetic gap with the first bar magnet; a third bar magnet forming a second magnetic gap between the first bar magnet; The vibrating plate vibrating in the di...
