The internal medicine comprises astragalus, codonopsis, Indian bread, glycyrrhiza, angelica, radix paeoniae alba, prepared rhizome of rehmannia, rhizoma chuanxiong, achyranthis bidentatae, eucommia, radix dipsaci, radix angelicae pubescentis, asarum, gentiana macrophylla, radix saposhnikoviae, dried ginger and musk, wherein, all the herbs except the musk are selected according to the required weight and crushed into powder; the musk is added into the powder; and the oral powder is obtained by blending evenly. The external medicine comprises the internal medicine materials, appropriate amount of beeswax and balm, wherein, the internal medicine materials except the musk are shredded and immersed in oil for 36 days and decocted and deslagged; medicinal oil is obtained; the beeswax and musk are added into the medicinal oil; and the external plaster is obtained by stirring and cooling. The external plaster is applied to the lesion by spreading on a black cloth.
