The LED light emitting tap has the advantages thatthe tap has the function of saving energy and lighting namely yielding water of the tap outlet water is utilized to impact the miniature hydroelectric generation device so as to generate electric energy and supply the electric energy to the LED light emitting device which emits light to achieve illumination; and secondly, the tap has the function of prompting temperature, namely a temperature sensor of a temperature sensing and controlling device can sense the temperature of the outlet water of the tap in time; and according to different sensed outlet water temperatures, a temperature controlchip can control LEDs of different colors to emit light so as to prompt people whether the LED light emitting tap reaches a water outlet temperature suitable for cleaning or not.
